He introduced us to an architect who helped us obtain the occupancy permit at a competitive price.
He also recommended a consultant who helped us secure a mortgage and, more importantly, a very advantageous mortgage insurance policy, which allowed us to purchase our new home while we were still waiting for the sale of our old one.
