Our history
We are a real estate agency that operates in the real estate market, constantly searching for properties for sale or long-term rental in the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo.
We have a fully computerized system, which allows us to search more quickly and match the profile of the property to our client's requirements.
In business mediation, we maintain the responsibility and seriousness demanded by our ethical service.
In 2002, I started providing services in the Real Estate sector at the Remax Albufeira Realty art and Vilamoura agency, and in 2020 at the DISTINCT REAL ESTATE agency in Vilamoura, deepening and perfecting my knowledge, keeping transparency and honesty as the main basis for the selling owner client, as well as for the potential buyer client, providing a mediation service in the search for a new home or business through my intervention using my experience.
In January 2023, with a healthy ambition and a vision of the future, I decided to obtain the AMI license, starting the Independent Real Estate Company, continuing the activity of Real Estate Mediation, which I am intensely passionate about and convinced that the honesty sown over 20 years in the commercial area and linked to the real estate sector will help me reap the rewards in the present and future of my company.
